Huge shoutout to BE Electric Co. for potentially saving our home. After the power went out in three rooms, I called every top electrician in St. Augustine. Everyone was 2–3 weeks out, but Brandon came out immediately. He discovered 'backstabbing' in our outlets—literally charred wires and burnt electrical boxes from sparking and overheating. It’s terrifying that a 9-year-old home was a structural fire waiting to happen because the original contractors rushed the job. We scheduled the repair, and Brandon sent over Bryant and Shawn. I call them the 'A-Team' because they are remarkable. They checked every single outlet and switch in the home and meticulously re-wired everything to the highest safety standards, correcting every shortcut the original builders took. I finally feel like my family is protected and I can sleep peacefully. While the pricing was fair and comparable, you really can’t put a price on safety when the alternative was a house fire. They don’t waste time, they fix the problem right the first time, and Brandon, Bryant, and Shawn are now my go-to team. I HIGHLY recommend BE Electric Co.!

Excellent communication and very professional

Brandon, owner and master problem solver, came today to address our mysterious loss of power in several outlets and ceiling lights. In only about 30 minutes he got to the bottom of it--a "burned up" doorbell transformer. He arrived on time, was very professional, and got the job done. P.S. They do normally charge $200 for coming to your house.

Called Brandon regarding fixing my mom's leaning power pole. He and his crew came out and were prompt, very professional and did an excellent job getting it straight again. I really appreciate how he took the extra time to ensure it was done correctly and did not try to sell her other services she didn't need. He has a great work ethic and it definitely shows in the quality of work he does. He even called me to follow up if FPL had came out to turn her power back on and if I had any questions or needed anything else. I could not be happier with the results and his services. I experienced a power surge late on Friday night and I lost several of my appliances, including a refrigerator in the garage. I called Brandon on Saturday when he was closed and he walked me through where I might find GFI‘s in the garage and outside the house, when I was focused on the GFI‘s in the house, for the lost appliances there. We did a complete home renovation last year 2022 and Brandon’s company were the electricians on the job. They showed up on time and got right to work. They installed new lighting in our bathroom and kitchen, moved a dozen outlets, installed an exhaust fan, new ceiling fans, and added 220 power box for our future hot tub. I contacted Brandon regarding a power outage recently I had on the outside of my home that was the only receptacle that I have outdoors, which is imperative because it runs my septic system. He came out and was able to troubleshoot the problem immediately. He corrected the problem and everything was wrapped up and done within an hour. He is professional and friendly. He don’t mind all of my dogs, whereas some people make a big fuss about them and sometimes it’s difficult to rush to put them all up. Be Electric is the best in North Florida. Excellent work done at my house to add a 50amp outlet for my RV. The two technicians that showed up were very professional and friendly and more than willing to answer any questions and concerns I had regarding the work. The job was done in a couple of hours with much attention to detail in the finished product. Even cleaned up very nicely so that you could not even tell any work was done.
