He requested my contact information, a brief description of the job I needed done, and a promise to check to schedule a visit when he returned to his office. As promised, I was scheduled in by the end of the day. Brandon was also flexible in changing the schedule diagnostic visit to another day, per my request. Brandon arrived at my home promptly at the appointed time and managed to diagnose my “no power” to a ceiling light box in short order. He promised to return in the afternoon with a new dimmer switch. Great crew of people they came on time and were ready to work. Everyone in the crew was very polite and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make us happy not to mention the work that they did was terrific!

Brandon responds to calls, emails and texts. Very professional and cordial. Changed all our smoke detectors and carbon monoxide sensors. One of them was 12 feet high above a staircase. Would highly recommend him.
