Brandon of Be Electric is Awesome! Fast, friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable! A Go-Getter to be sure! Brandon took my initial call during his workday. He requested my contact information, a brief description of the job I needed done, and a promise to check to schedule a visit when he returned to his office. As promised, I was scheduled in by the end of the day. Brandon was also flexible in changing the schedule diagnostic visit to another day, per my request. Brandon arrived at my home promptly at the appointed time and managed to diagnose my “no power” to a ceiling light box in short order. He promised to return in the afternoon with a new dimmer switch. Once again, as promised, he installed the new dimmer switch in ten minutes and was off to service the electrical needs of other customers! Great job Brandon! Great job Be Electric! Huge shoutout to BE Electric Co. for potentially saving our home. After the power went out in three rooms, I called every top electrician in St. Augustine. Everyone was 2–3 weeks out, but Brandon came out immediately. He discovered 'backstabbing' in our outlets—literally charred wires and burnt electrical boxes from sparking and overheating. It’s terrifying that a 9-year-old home was a structural fire waiting to happen because the original contractors rushed the job. We scheduled the repair, and Brandon sent over Bryant and Shawn. I call them the 'A-Team' because they are remarkable. They checked every single outlet and switch in the home and meticulously re-wired everything to the highest safety standards, correcting every shortcut the original builders took. I finally feel like my family is protected and I can sleep peacefully. While the pricing was fair and comparable, you really can’t put a price on safety when the alternative was a house fire. We had them come out to install a few outlets, Google security cameras, a Google doorbell, and a Nest thermostat, plus a couple other small things around the house. They did an awesome job. Be Electric wired our new home in Saint Augustine Beach - so 7 years later when we wanted a few upgrades, they were a natural choice to call. Brandon & his team were outstanding to work with. As the team worked at out house...I listened to Bryant (one of the lead electricians) who made it clear to his helper how he wanted things done. It was so obvious that Be Electric cares about their work & are appreciative of their customers. After the job was complete, Brandon reached out and wanted to make sure we were satisfied & sent me an invoice. The job ended up being more expensive than originally quoted. I was surprised that the final bill double what we had talked about... but when questioned Brandon explained how much more they had to do and showed some flexibility to meet in the middle. I contacted Brandon regarding a power outage recently I had on the outside of my home that was the only receptacle that I have outdoors, which is imperative because it runs my septic system. He came out and was able to troubleshoot the problem immediately. He corrected the problem and everything was wrapped up and done within an hour. He is professional and friendly. He don’t mind all of my dogs, whereas some people make a big fuss about them and sometimes it’s difficult to rush to put them all up. Brandon didn’t care about them being out and he worked around them, was friendly with them and the dogs loved him as well! I experienced a power surge late on Friday night and I lost several of my appliances, including a refrigerator in the garage. I called Brandon on Saturday when he was closed and he walked me through where I might find GFI‘s in the garage and outside the house, when I was focused on the GFI‘s in the house, for the lost appliances there. Be electric electrified my new house. From beginning to the end they were professional and courteous and did exactly as I wanted (it was a small house and no electrical plans). I have extra lights where I need them, and plugs strategically placed when I asked. There was an issue at the end of contract easily worked out thanx to a wonderful electrician named Bemis who was the lead electrician on my project. I definitely would rehire this company again to do any electrical service for me.

I contacted Be Electric late on Monday with an electrical issue at my home. On Tuesday morning I had an appointment on Friday (due to my availability). I got a text the night before to remind me and a text when he was an hour away. Quick service for an obvious professional but he took the time to show me all of the factors involved and what he did to correct it. Very happy with the service provided by Be Electric!

We did a complete home renovation last year 2022 and Brandon’s company were the electricians on the job. They showed up on time and got right to work. They installed new lighting in our bathroom and kitchen, moved a dozen outlets, installed an exhaust fan, new ceiling fans, and added 220 power box for our future hot tub. If we ever have any electrical issues, or more projects, we will definitely use their services again.

We had these old fuses that looked like the base of a lightbulb, with wire that you could see the copper exposed. They replaced the entire panel with flip style breakers and new wire. The funny part to me was the price wasn't much more than what I was looking at just for the big box thing from home depot

BE Electric, Brandon and his team, have fully re-wired 10 renovation homes for me. From 850sf cottage to beautiful, 2600sf historic 2-story. I have been lucky to use Be Electric twice since i purchased my home in St Augustine , Fl. They got my pump and pump equipment wiring up to code and working great. I love my outside plug for my electric yard tools. They thought of every detail. Recently they re-wired many switches inside the home and my favorite is the motion detector light switch in my kitchen they offered me since i did not have a switch at one entrance.
