Called Brandon regarding fixing my mom's leaning power pole. He and his crew came out and were prompt, very professional and did an excellent job getting it straight again. I really appreciate how he took the extra time to ensure it was done correctly and did not try to sell her other services she didn't need. He has a great work ethic and it definitely shows in the quality of work he does. He even called me to follow up if FPL had came out to turn her power back on and if I had any questions or needed anything else. I could not be happier with the results and his services. One of the best contractors in St Augustine. Competent. Reliable. Friendly. Responsive. Value beyond measure. You cannot skimp or go cheap on an electrical contractor. Bad things are bound to happen. We were beyond pleased with Brandon and his entire team. We did an extensive remodel of a family home. Many of the contractors and subs were in over their heads and failed to acknowledge that fact. Be Electric is the best in North Florida. We were in need of several electrical services for our new house and within a week of contacting, Brandon was out to quote everything, and the following week it was completed. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and clearly capable and skilled. Brandon oversaw everything and troubleshot any issues that arose. The trucks were stocked with all materials needed and he came up with solutions to all the troubles we incurred with the structure of our house. He truly delivered happiness at a time when we were completely overwhelmed with “new house” woes. We had a few extra items that needed to be addressed that our general contractor couldn’t figure out a proper solution to. Within minutes, Brandon was hard at work making it happen. I experienced a power surge late on Friday night and I lost several of my appliances, including a refrigerator in the garage. I called Brandon on Saturday when he was closed and he walked me through where I might find GFI‘s in the garage and outside the house, when I was focused on the GFI‘s in the house, for the lost appliances there. I contacted Brandon regarding a power outage recently I had on the outside of my home that was the only receptacle that I have outdoors, which is imperative because it runs my septic system. He came out and was able to troubleshoot the problem immediately. He corrected the problem and everything was wrapped up and done within an hour. He is professional and friendly. He don’t mind all of my dogs, whereas some people make a big fuss about them and sometimes it’s difficult to rush to put them all up. Brandon didn’t care about them being out and he worked around them, was friendly with them and the dogs loved him as well! This is the second time I used BE Electric for an electrical job and I like that they are a local, small family owned business. They will forever be my go to Electricians for my electrical needs. Brandon, owner and master problem solver, came today to address our mysterious loss of power in several outlets and ceiling lights. In only about 30 minutes he got to the bottom of it--a "burned up" doorbell transformer. He arrived on time, was very professional, and got the job done. P.S. They do normally charge $200 for coming to your house.

Our heater stopped working. It constantly tripped the breaker switch. It’s been colder than heck here and we have been freezing our behinds off. I have been lucky to use Be Electric twice since i purchased my home in St Augustine , Fl. They got my pump and pump equipment wiring up to code and working great. I love my outside plug for my electric yard tools. They thought of every detail. We did a complete home renovation last year 2022 and Brandon’s company were the electricians on the job. They showed up on time and got right to work. They installed new lighting in our bathroom and kitchen, moved a dozen outlets, installed an exhaust fan, new ceiling fans, and added 220 power box for our future hot tub. Be electric electrified my new house. From beginning to the end they were professional and courteous and did exactly as I wanted (it was a small house and no electrical plans). I have extra lights where I need them, and plugs strategically placed when I asked. There was an issue at the end of contract easily worked out thanx to a wonderful electrician named Bemis who was the lead electrician on my project. I definitely would rehire this company again to do any electrical service for me.

Excellent work done at my house to add a 50amp outlet for my RV. The two technicians that showed up were very professional and friendly and more than willing to answer any questions and concerns I had regarding the work. The job was done in a couple of hours with much attention to detail in the finished product. Even cleaned up very nicely so that you could not even tell any work was done. Will for sure use BE Electric again for any future work I may need.

He scheduled a service call for the next day. That is customer service !!! Embarrassingly enough it was only a GFI that had popped and Brandon fixed the situation within seconds.
