We were in need of several electrical services for our new house and within a week of contacting, Brandon was out to quote everything, and the following week it was completed. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and clearly capable and skilled. Brandon oversaw everything and troubleshot any issues that arose. The trucks were stocked with all materials needed and he came up with solutions to all the troubles we incurred with the structure of our house. He truly delivered happiness at a time when we were completely overwhelmed with “new house” woes. I contacted Brandon regarding a power outage recently I had on the outside of my home that was the only receptacle that I have outdoors, which is imperative because it runs my septic system. He came out and was able to troubleshoot the problem immediately. He corrected the problem and everything was wrapped up and done within an hour. He is professional and friendly. He don’t mind all of my dogs, whereas some people make a big fuss about them and sometimes it’s difficult to rush to put them all up. Brandon didn’t care about them being out and he worked around them, was friendly with them and the dogs loved him as well! This is the second time I used BE Electric for an electrical job and I like that they are a local, small family owned business. They will forever be my go to Electricians for my electrical needs. Both encounters have been so very easy to work with; friendly, fast, and efficient. There has never been any trying to “upsell” services or products I do not need or want. Just honest hard work. We had these old fuses that looked like the base of a lightbulb, with wire that you could see the copper exposed. They replaced the entire panel with flip style breakers and new wire. The funny part to me was the price wasn't much more than what I was looking at just for the big box thing from home depot

I'm a new homeowner in St. Augustine and one of my electrical circuits wasn't working. I called late on a Thursday night and the owner, Brandon, answered the phone. He scheduled a service call for the next day. That is customer service !!! Embarrassingly enough it was only a GFI that had popped and Brandon fixed the situation within seconds. Highly recommend and will use him for all my electrical needs.

Brandon, owner and master problem solver, came today to address our mysterious loss of power in several outlets and ceiling lights. In only about 30 minutes he got to the bottom of it--a "burned up" doorbell transformer. He arrived on time, was very professional, and got the job done. P.S. They do normally charge $200 for coming to your house.
Excellent work done at my house to add a 50amp outlet for my RV. The two technicians that showed up were very professional and friendly and more than willing to answer any questions and concerns I had regarding the work. The job was done in a couple of hours with much attention to detail in the finished product. Even cleaned up very nicely so that you could not even tell any work was done. Will for sure use BE Electric again for any future work I may need.
The electricians were super professional. They did a great job installing the generator plug. The quote process was easy and you get alerts when your work will start and on the day of, they’ll even let you know when to expect them. It was all very smooth and they’re a great business.

Successfully planned and executed a major upgrade to my house service panel and ran electrical/lighting to the newly installed shop and automotive lift. Everything was installed to code and as requested. They went above and beyond by indentifying and correcting 2 critical safety issues that were present from previous work by others. I experienced a power surge late on Friday night and I lost several of my appliances, including a refrigerator in the garage. I called Brandon on Saturday when he was closed and he walked me through where I might find GFI‘s in the garage and outside the house, when I was focused on the GFI‘s in the house, for the lost appliances there. I have extra lights where I need them, and plugs strategically placed when I asked. There was an issue at the end of contract easily worked out thanx to a wonderful electrician named Bemis who was the lead electrician on my project. I have been lucky to use Be Electric twice since i purchased my home in St Augustine , Fl. They got my pump and pump equipment wiring up to code and working great. I love my outside plug for my electric yard tools. They thought of every detail. Recently they re-wired many switches inside the home and my favorite is the motion detector light switch in my kitchen they offered me since i did not have a switch at one entrance. Our heater stopped working. It constantly tripped the breaker switch. It’s been colder than heck here and we have been freezing our behinds off. I searched reviews and found BE ELECTRIC, and we scored big time with an expert, friendly, competent and reasonable electrician. Brandon, the Master Electrician who owns the business, listened to our woes and came over promptly. He dropped everything and came over to help us out. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and methodically diagnosed our electrical problem, reviewing the electrical of the AC/Heating Unit as well as checking the breaker panel. He quickly determined the problem to be in the breaker box, found the cause and repaired it timely and reasonably. He was excellent and skilled. For anything electrical, Brandon will be our “Go-to” guy. We have already recommended him to a friend and commend him to you without reservation. Our heater stopped working. It constantly tripped the breaker switch. It’s been colder than heck here and we have been freezing our behinds off. I searched reviews and found BE ELECTRIC, and we scored big time with an expert, friendly, competent and reasonable electrician. Brandon, the Master Electrician who owns the business, listened to our woes and came over promptly. He dropped everything and came over to help us out. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and methodically diagnosed our electrical problem, reviewing the electrical of the AC/Heating Unit as well as checking the breaker panel. He quickly determined the problem to be in the breaker box, found the cause and repaired it timely and reasonably. He was excellent and skilled. For anything electrical, Brandon, and Be Electric, will be our “Go-to” guy. We have already recommended him to a friend and commend him to you without reservation. We did a complete home renovation last year 2022 and Brandon’s company were the electricians on the job. They showed up on time and got right to work. They installed new lighting in our bathroom and kitchen, moved a dozen outlets, installed an exhaust fan, new ceiling fans, and added 220 power box for our future hot tub. If we ever have any electrical issues, or more projects, we will definitely use their services again.
