Our heater stopped working. It constantly tripped the breaker switch. It’s been colder than heck here and we have been freezing our behinds off. We had these old fuses that looked like the base of a lightbulb, with wire that you could see the copper exposed. They replaced the entire panel with flip style breakers and new wire. As the team worked at out house...I listened to Bryant (one of the lead electricians) who made it clear to his helper how he wanted things done. It was so obvious that Be Electric cares about their work & are appreciative of their customers. After the job was complete, Brandon reached out and wanted to make sure we were satisfied & sent me an invoice. The job ended up being more expensive than originally quoted. I was surprised that the final bill double what we had talked about... but when questioned Brandon explained how much more they had to do and showed some flexibility to meet in the middle. I contacted Brandon regarding a power outage recently I had on the outside of my home that was the only receptacle that I have outdoors, which is imperative because it runs my septic system. He came out and was able to troubleshoot the problem immediately. He corrected the problem and everything was wrapped up and done within an hour. He is professional and friendly. Our heater stopped working. It constantly tripped the breaker switch. It’s been colder than heck here and we have been freezing our behinds off. I searched reviews and found BE ELECTRIC, and we scored big time with an expert, friendly, competent and reasonable electrician. Brandon, the Master Electrician who owns the business, listened to our woes and came over promptly. He dropped everything and came over to help us out. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and methodically diagnosed our electrical problem, reviewing the electrical of the AC/Heating Unit as well as checking the breaker panel. He quickly determined the problem to be in the breaker box, found the cause and repaired it timely and reasonably. He was excellent and skilled. For anything electrical, Brandon, and Be Electric, will be our “Go-to” guy. We have already recommended him to a friend and commend him to you without reservation. Coordinating with FPL, Be Electric was able to fix a downed wire issue after a recent hurricane scare without disturbing our household at all. I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know that has electrical issues & continue to use them myself!

Brandon and his team were fantastic. I bought a house with an outdated electrical panel and they beautifully updated everything. We were in need of several electrical services for our new house and within a week of contacting, Brandon was out to quote everything, and the following week it was completed. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and clearly capable and skilled. Brandon oversaw everything and troubleshot any issues that arose. The trucks were stocked with all materials needed and he came up with solutions to all the troubles we incurred with the structure of our house. He truly delivered happiness at a time when we were completely overwhelmed with “new house” woes. We had a few extra items that needed to be addressed that our general contractor couldn’t figure out a proper solution to. Within minutes, Brandon was hard at work making it happen. They cleaned up after themselves, and walked out with smiles on their faces. We are extremely satisfied customers and highly recommend them!
